We had a lot of fun with Easter this year! Makayla and Olyvia are at a fun age for this type of thing. I called our friends, Matt and Skye, and asked if they wanted to combine easter egg hunts. So we met Saturday, about 12:30, at their house and the kids went downstairs for a bit, while Skye and I helped the Easter Bunny outside. Then he sent us inside for about 10 minutes and called when he was ready! It was fun to see their reactions when they realized he had called and was already gone. We then proceeded outside for the hunt. The girls got Barbie Mariposa's and were very excited! Addi just observed from her car seat, and as usual, just smiled! We had a great Easter and are still working on how to separate the Easter Bunny from the true meaning of Easter... Christ. We tried to explain it to Makayla, but she kept forgetting the big word, "resurrection". It's a work in progress, but we had a good day on Sunday too, just going to church and learning about the Savior. It's a lot of fun since I'm in primary with them and can see and hear what they are learning. We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! We love you all!

Looks like you guys had a fun Easter. Our kids are growing up so much. Just think by the time our husbands graduate they will be 7 years old. That makes me feel old just knowing I have a 5 year old. WOW! Time flies!
Oh my gosh Kristine.....I just came across your blog!~ It was fun to look back and see what your cute family has been up to! I had no idea that you guys were planning on leaving for rotations in Ohio!!(Steve never tells me anything I swear) A new adventure ahead for sure! Your girls are darling of course. Your girls are super cute!! I love how you get them to keep the pretty bows in, I couldn't do that with my oldest too, so I am going to try really hard with Claire, we will see. Yes, lets plan something before everyone parts ways, we can even use our house or maybe a park or something. Let me know.
