John and I were able to go to the Winter Gala this year, KID FREE! Yes, I left my sweet little baby behind, but she was fed and put to bed before I left. I did however take my baby fat with me, as you can see! But, it was a lot of fun anyway! We were able to go to Chili's for appetizers with a group of friends and then went to the dance from there. John and I are definitely the social butterflies of our group. We got there and everyone went to the desert bar, and we started making rounds chatting with everyone John knew! (Which is a lot of people I might add!) Finally I pulled him away and we went back to our group and had some desert. I think we only danced ONE dance, but hey, it was fun none the less. Pictured above with us are our good friends Steve and Celeste Adams. I will be sad to not attend next year, but maybe we'll find a club in Dayton!=)

That was a really fun night. I'm glad we were all able to go out and be kid free for a couple of hours.
Hey Kristine! Thanks for the note! I'm glad you found me... so now we can keep in touch better! Your family is so cute! I love all the pics you have on there. Yeah, we fell just a LITTLE behind ya, but we're pretty much on the same track, it seems! Keep those pretty girls a comin', and tell John GOOD JOB for us! I'm so excited for your future!
